Had Sunday lunch there today . service was excellent . Starters were great BUT I think the chef is in love with butter. I have never had Sunday lunch with so much butter mixed in ( Swede and cabbage) and layed on potatoes and carrots . I think the chef needs to go back to basics and cook vegetables as they should be cooked . Regards

Booked here for my late mam's wake. Rachel & the entire staff couldn't have been more welcoming & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We even had to move dates due to Queen's funeral with no fuss at all. The food was excellent & plenty of it, everyone commented on the quality of their meal, we had the fork buffet & choice of desserts. Family members that stayed overnight had nothing but praise for their stay. My sincere thanks to all at Nant-Y-Ffin, a sad day was ended on a high with all my family from far & near.

First time visit; family funeral & we needed to stay over night, especially after a 4hr drive. Great place, rooms well equipped clean & tidy & beds very comfortable. We had an evening meal & a fully cooked breakfast the following morning; lovely food! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Just had afternoon tea and after looking forward to it was really disappointing. Nescafé coffee which I hate and a few cakes bought from the local shop, and the half scone was pre made and with butter on it, awful, they should not be offering it, and is definitely not worth the money. Very sad.

From start to finish this was a brilliant stay. Plenty of parking a warm welcome at reception. Room was spacious, well equipped and absolutely spotless. Diner was well cooked, delicious and great value. The staff were magnificent, friendly helpful and eager to please. If you are staying in the area, this is the place to book.
